Именно сюда только что приехала молодой доктор Лили Бреннер со своими коллегами Миной Минард и Мэнни Диасом. Все они молоды и бегут прочь от своих личных демонов, но они не единственные с тяжелым эмоциональным грузом. Легендарный и загадочный Бен Китон когда-то был самым молодым шефом хирургии Калифорнийского Университета в Лос-Анджелесе, но бросил все это и основал клинику. Вместе со своим верным помощником, доктором Отисом Коулом, он научит новичков как спасать жизни в самой опасной окружающей среде, в которой они когда-либо работали.С большим количеством пациентов и недостатком традиционных лекарств, врачам придется творить медицинские чудеса любыми доступными средствами. И пока начинают зарождаться отношения и их жизни постепенно переплетаются, секреты прошлого будут раскрыты. С постоянным возрастанием напряжения, врачам будет нужно где-то выпускать пар. К счастью, поблизости есть превосходный пляж.

Three young doctors Lily Brenner, Mina Minard and Tommy Fuller arrive in a small town in the South American jungle to work in a understaffed, under-stocked medical clinic. They meet the legendary and enigmatic Dr. Ben Keeton , who was the youngest Chief of Surgery at UCLA but resigned and founded the clinic in the middle of nowhere. They're also introduced to the rest of the team – doctors Otis Cole, Ryan Clark and local doctor Zita Alvarez. The newcomers have to learn to work in this new, challenging environment.
