События разворачиваются вокруг наркобарона Ферри Бумана, наладившего наркотрафик между Нидерландами и Бельгией. Несмотря на свое богатство он предпочитает жить в летнем домике возле своей виллы, где обычно и проворачивает темные дела. Ферри кажется неуязвимым для властей, но бельгийская и голландская полиция объединяют свои силы, чтобы наконец поймать преступника и остановить контрабанду запрещенных веществ. Стражи порядка отправляют двух тайных агентов под прикрытием на территорию кемпинга, расположенного рядом с домом Бумана.
