Мин Тхэ-ён не является типичным вампиром или типичным прокурором. Вместо того, чтобы пить кровь невинных жертв, он выбирает кровь, купленную на чёрном рынке или в шикарных барах Сеула. У него есть странная способность чувствовать место, где умерла жертва, и, самое главное, каким образом она умерла. Всё это он может сказать лишь основываясь на запахе и вкусе её крови. Единственный человек, который знает эту его секретную способность - детектив Хван Сун-бом, с которым у них временное сотрудничество в деле об очередном убийстве. Вскоре к их команде присоединяются прокурор-новичок Ю Джон-ин и молодой специалист Чхве Дон-ман. Вместе они расследуют дела об убийствах, и каждый раз Тхэ-ён использует свои способности, чтобы решить, казалось бы, нерешаемые задачи. Но есть одна-единственная вещь, которую он не может понять уже столько времени: кто был тот вампир, который обратил его семь лет назад.
