Проект рассказывает о двух копах – Уэсе Митчелле и Трэвисе Марксе – для которых проблемой являются они сами. Будучи напарниками они были командой мечты департамента Лос-Анджелеса. Сейчас Уэс и Трэвис не могут терпеть друг друга. Чтобы оживить ослабевающие профессиональные отношения, капитан отправляет их на курс терапии для пар. Chastened, the duo offers to tell Dr. Ryan the story of how they ended up in counseling in the first place if she'll take them back.
