Краткий обзор фильма:
Ник и Пит все еще надеются сорвать в этой жизни джекпот, и к ним со своими проблемами обращаются самые разные клиенты. Во главе адвокатской конторы Морелли и Кашмарека стоят Ник Морелли, серьезный и жесткий адвокат, который каждому клиенту отдает все свои силы, несмотря на важность дела; и Пит Кашмарек, который сильнее юриспруденции любит только красивых женщин, шикарные авто и дорогую одежду. При расширении фирмы к ним присоединяется Лиза Тайлер, молодая юристка, полная энтузиазма, и готовая оставить свое прошлое экзотической танцовщицы; и ассистентка Софи, милая и вспыльчивая инженю, которая стремится угодить своим боссам. И хотя удача улыбается им в делах юридических, на личном фронте все не так радужно. Пока Пит занят очередными романтическими победами, Ник пытается восстановить свой брак с бросившей его женой, и остаться в жизни своего младшего сына.
