Краткий обзор фильма:
Хелена приезжает проведать свою сестру-близнеца Сири в высококлассном санатории, расположенном в итальянских Альпах. Между ними быстро начинает нарастать напряжение, поскольку она отказывает родственнице в довольно необычной просьбе. Сири хочет, чтобы Хелена несколько дней выдавала себя за нее. На следующий день Хелена обнаруживает, что сестра пропала, а клиника — совсем не райское место. Но побег оттуда — не самая важная задача. В первую очередь ей нужно выжить.
