В центре сюжета оказываются одинокие мужчина и женщина, которые знакомятся с помощью мобильного приложения, сойдясь на общем пристрастии к еде, как к эстетическому удовольствию, а не банальному утолению голода. Они договариваются о свидании в небольшой кофейне, хотя ни один из них не рассчитывает на успешное развитие отношений, исходя из своего прошлого опыта. При встрече оба сильно волнуются, но постепенно неловкий разговор перерастает в оживленную дискуссию о предпочтениях в еде.
